HKSH Obstetrics & Gynaecology Centre Celebrates 20th Anniversary with "Current OG Practice 2026" Symposium

The specialty of obstetrics and gynaecology (OG) has always been a major service pillar of HKSH. The establishment of HKSH Obstetrics & Gynaecology Centre in 2006 marked one of the greatest milestones in the development of our OG services, which date back to almost a century ago when our Maternity Department first came into service in the 1930s.
Marking its 20th anniversary this year, HKSH Obstetrics & Gynaecology Centre hosted the "Current OG Practice 2026" Symposium on October 24. The symposium drew over 100 healthcare professionals and featured presentations by 13 Specialists from the Centre. Key topics included clinical insights, professional expertise, and the latest medical advances—fostering exchange across the industry to advance the ongoing development of OG care.
