Leadless Continuous Holter Monitoring
The leadless continuous Holter monitor is a portable device that provides uninterrupted dynamic electrocardiograms (ECG) from 24 hours to 14 days, capturing the patient’s heart rate fluctuations during daily routines. The objectives of continuous electrocardiography include
- Assessment of the severity of abnormal heart rhythms
- Evaluation of patients with syncope (fainting), palpitations (fast and irregular heartbeats) or other symptoms that may be linked to heart rhythm disturbance
- Evaluation of the efficacy of anti-arrhythmic treatment, such as pacemaker implantation, radiofrequency ablation or medication treatment
