Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme
Cardiac rehabilitation is an individualised programme that offers a combination of exercise and education on your road to recovery from cardiac diseases. It helps to improve your cardiac fitness and reduce your risks of future heart problems. It also guides and supports you to achieve an active and healthy lifestyle. Our physiotherapist will show you how to exercise safely and effectively based on your condition. Throughout your rehabilitation, we will monitor your progress and provide feedback to your cardiologist.
