- Show patient how to manage pain at home/office, e.g. by the use of pain relief modalities

- Graded household activities and appropriate therapeutic exercises
- Functional Restoration: in the first 5 sessions
- Realistic Function Goal Setting and rehabilitation strategies
- Realistic Function Goal Setting and rehabilitation strategies
- Rehabilitation with cognitive behavioural approach when indicated: in the first 10 sessions
- Pacing, graded exercise programme (Photo: treadmill, cycling), daily living activities (ADL) adjustment
- To achieve quantifiable functional outcomes and ADL independence
- Return to work or specific training for sports
- Physiotherapy
