Cause
Also called Jumper's Knee. This is an inflammatory condition caused by the overuse of the lower limbs when jumping and the patellar tendons covering the knees are hit or stretched.
Symptoms and Diagnosis
A dull pain in the knees while jumping and walking down the stairs.
Procedures and Treatments
Rest and refrain from jumping; stretch tendons before exercising.
